To reveal Ceres, sacrifice Ceres's associated items at an altar: seeds, herbs and fresh food — the harvest goddess favours anything you grow or forage. Worshipping first requires Minerva's Worshipping the Gods step, which opens the altar. Once revealed, every offering you make earns Ceres worship points to spend in the tree below.
